With 30 years of gourmet experience, Gary Coyle proudly joins Great Performances as Executive Chef and his delicious offerings are sure to breathe culinary life into Great Performance's already impeccable menu. Coyle comes directly from Tavern on the Green, the highest grossing independent restaurant worldwide, where he spent five years overseeing the culinary division and directed a staff of 75 employees. Trained at the Culinary Institute of America, Coyle has perfected his exquisite culinary skills in kitchens of many of the world's most renowned eateries including Le Chantilly, The Water Club, The Helmsley Place, and Rainbow Room. Coyle's diverse culinary plans and savory menus have raised the bar for food quality and presentation at many noteworthy culinary institutions

George Buttacavoli 's wide array of financial experiences and achievements ensures that as Chief Operating Officer he will boldly lead Great Performances into even further territories of financial success. From budgeting to strategizing, Buttacavoli's past work as a financial officer at Citarella Fine Foods and Ruhrkhole Trading Corporation makes him a great addition to an already well-executed Great Performances structure.

The role of Director of Client Relations has been created uniquely for Susan Borwick . With a Bachelors of Science in Hotel, Restaurant & Travel Administration and extensive experience with well-known companies such as Glorious Foods, The Leading Hotels of the World and Novotel New York, Susan's unwillingness to let relations fall by the wayside makes her a perfect fit for the management of Great Performances' extensive client roster.

Joining Great Performances Sales Management team is Karen Hillburn . Hillburn has executed hundreds of exclusive events at some of the world's most prestigious spaces while working for Occasions Caterers, Kennedy Center Catering and in the Social Office of The White House. Hillburn will oversee Asia Society as well as other Great Performances' arts & culture accounts.

Great Performances
Established by Liz Neumark in 1979 as a staffing organization, the Company provided women in the visual and performing arts the ability to work in the catering industry while pursuing other career goals. Today, Great Performances is the approved caterer at many of New York's leading cultural institutions. The Company has exclusive and/or contractual relationships with the Asia Society Museum, Dahesh Museum, Sotheby's, Brooklyn Academy of Music, Big Apple Circus, Chelsea Piers, Ellis Island, Ian Schrager's Hudson Hotel, MoMAQNS, and Wave Hill.
