Workhouse Publicity would work in conjunction with your chosen representatives on all forms of event and public relations management which includes aspects of conceptualization to production and from production to publicity in order to meet your event goals. As part of our management and supervision, Workhouse Publicity wants to ensure all aspects of event publicity are handled efficiently. Our event logistics include site walk through with event representatives and select placements for maximum coverage, collaboration for the creation of appropriate signage, management of press check-in, and coordination of day-of press and interviews.

Workhouse Publicity would be responsible for all organizational aspects of the event including but not limited to the scheduling of ongoing event construction, development of event strategy and concept, creation of press release draft copy and consultation of invitation design, venue decor, menu, security, permits, entertainment and RSVP coordination. Our firm would develop a list of viable media, industry leaders, photographers, celebrities and notables.

Workhouse Publicity engages powerful media campaigns designed to target mass markets. We would be responsible for the coordination of coverage pertaining to consumer print and electronic media coverage of the event with specific attention to short lead, television, news/entertainment, still and video, photography and online media. We would secure photographic and media camera crews and follow-up with all photographic placements. In addition, Workhouse Publicity will hire and manage a house photographer to capture key groupings. Our responsibilities include determination of proper media targets, placement and interview scheduling, as well as, the creation of photo and listing tip sheets, organization of press and guest check-in, on-site reviews and photo opportunities.

Workhouse Publicity will engage in all follow-up tactics such as tracking placement with all columnists, journalists, photo editors, and appropriate outlets. Our firm will continue the distribution of slide images, video and photographs as requested, we will work with our house photographer to insure proper placement and offer select images to unattended publications, we will compile a proper attendee list, revise VIP list and redistribute to appropriate media, and we will compile a final clip report for your files.
